mehranali officialRT used to feel like a second home to us. Since 2017, almost every gathering and professional meeting was held here. It was our default place, trusted and familiar. Sadly, that version of RT no longer exists. Today, we don't even consider walking past it, let alone dining there. The management has become rude, unprofessional, and shockingly local in attitude, completely detached from any standard of hospitality. The food quality has dropped to an embarrassing level, tasteless, poorly prepared, and nowhere near what it once was. It's genuinely heartbreaking to watch a place with so much history and goodwill sink to its worst phase. RT didn't just lose quality, it lost its soul.
Najam KhanWorst experience staying for one night. S After long toad travel one needs a hotel to rest. Night stay became a nightmare , with construction work on the roof. Some guests in adjacent rooms were partying. Many kids shouting and playing in the room lobby, ther elders were supporting kids disregarded rights of other guests. Someone tried to enter the room around 2 am but failed since protective chain was put on. Administration was reported all the above matters time and again, but stated they can't do anything. I would advise against.

The place is smelly and the cleaning standards are way below an average Pakistani hotel charging the same amount as them. The staff is under trained and the constant noise from the kitchen on top floor keeps you awake till 2.00 am in the morning. The layers of dirt on upholstery and bedding send a shiver down your spine. The place needs serious attention of the owner. Kindly invest in training of staff, cleaning of furniture and maintenance worn out environment
