I recently stayed at the Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre, and my experience was truly delightful from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering all modern amenities you’d expect from Hilton. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the calming interiors which made it easy to unwind after a long day. What stood out most was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay — always polite, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. Every interaction felt personalized, which really made the experience memorable. The dining options were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic spread with both Indian and international favorites, prepared to perfection. The rooftop bar and restaurant also offer a vibrant ambiance, making it a great spot to relax in the evenings. The location is another big plus — conveniently situated in Baani City Centre, it’s close to business hubs, shopping areas, and entertainment options while still offering a sense of calm and comfort within the hotel. Overall, Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre delivers on every front — excellent service, beautiful rooms, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gurugram!

My stay at Hilton was truly excellent. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel’s location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is warm and relaxing. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Hilton to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality.

Whilst not everything is perfect, I can’t help but give 5* to thank the staff for everything they do. My mum and I are staying at the hotel for a little over two months and they have done absolutely everything to make it a good experience for us. They are incredibly kind and caring staff, from helping me with medical issues, finding things around us to do and cooking superb food which accommodates to our dietaries. Special thank you to Chef Irfan, Chef Neha and Pooja. And the housekeeping team too. The rooms are bright and airy- though walls could be more soundproofed. Sometimes air vents I think need to be cleaned as I smell outside air but they mostly have fixed it. They are attentive and kind.

Facility is new and it was very clean, but………|Overall it wasn’t bad. However, given it is a 5 star, it missed the mark when it comes to showcasing Indian hospitality. The people at the front desk seemed as if they were just doing a 9-5 job and didn’t care much about the guests. The service at the breakfast and dinner was not great either, orders took a long time and I did not see a smile on any one’s faces who were working there. However, The food was quite good and they had good selection. Overall, it is an ok hotel.|| I won’t mind staying there again but it probably won’t be my first choice. There are many other good options in the gurugram area where you can get better overall experience.
