RussLea98A fairly priced hotel on the outskirts of Miranda de Ebro. The main issue is that the reception is not 24 hours. We arrived back at the hotel at 00:30 on our second night to find that our key cards no longer worked, as there was nobody on the desk we had to sleep on the floor of our friends room. A helpful staff member the next morning advised the attached petrol station can provide key card resets however nobody at the petrol station answered any of our 3 attempts to ring the service bell. This hotel really needs an emergency phone number for situations such as this.||Rooms - Spacious and clean with all the basic requirements.||Car Park - Limited availability but managed to secure a space.||Price - Very reasonable.||Bar/Restaurant - Serviceable food, ridiculously cheap beers, can not complain about that 🍺
aliciarW8944LMA lovely place on the outskirts of Spain. We did a stop over for the night on our way to Lourdes in France.|The reception and lobby is a tiny place. But the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is clean and has a bathtub and shower. Was pleasantly suprised with the room which was very clean and well maintained. There is no minibar and TC maker. We stayed in room 130 which overlooks a bunk and some greenery.|The breakfast was decent with a lot of cold meats and canned juices. |This hotel also has a departmental store attached which is very convenient. Overall a lovely stay.
Alex CliffordExcellent functional stopover for travellers wanting an overnight stop. Close to motorway junctions. Good restaurant and bar, they do a set menu or a varied set of racciones. We had chicken fingers in a honey mustard sauce along with patatas bravas. Both were great. Next to petrol station and easy 15 minute walk into town and the historic centre. Lovely riverside walks. The room was clean, fresh and pleasant and had excellent blackout blinds which were needed as the lighting outside is intense. I went into a very deep sleep twice. This place definitely punches above it's weight and was reasonably priced too. We have visited abades service stations before and have always been impressed by how well they were run. This too. Cheapest prices for rooms are on their own website but we had issues with the card payment system on it so had to use an alternative site. Well recommended!
TrishandTrevorlots of people called this a glorified truck stop, but it was much better than expected. Forget about the light industry around , inside is a friendly air condition hotel with a lovely ambience. Rooms are spacious, there is a lovely bar for snacks, an ice cream machine and best of alla great little restaurant. It only serves menu del dia but at €14.50 for three courses including wine it is great value. The food was delicious. Highly recommended
