As a Hilton Honors member, I'm thoroughly disappointed, in this hotel, but was too tired to do anything about it. The moldy smell in the rooms cannot be overstated. Clearly this a problem that has not been resolved and the health department should be informed immediately if this is a pervasive issue. There was mold in bath around the edges of the soap rack where caulking is clearly lacking. I went to turn on the television and the remote had a strange gooey substance on it...truly disgusting! (That alone is deserving of a 1 star or less IMHO.) Oh, and the TV is a 16" computer monitor....a pathetic size for this day and age. The pillows crushed flat while I slept...the bed and sheets are just about all that is half-way decent. Breakfast was a joke. The front desk staff was nice and got me checked in quickly. No big deal that the elevator wasn't working, I was on the third floor...but it would be unacceptable to make a senior with a disability or injury to climb stairs. Two weeks ago the elevator was broken according to another reviewer and it's still broken. For $140/night, these problems shouldn't exist.

By far not a favorite Hampton Inn of mine. This hotel is DAMP. The carpets felt damp, the bed felt damp, the towels too. There is mold in the bathtub around the soap dish. Maybe it's because I'm on the first floor by the pool. Breakfast was a mess with a small dining area in a crowded hotel. Nothing to scoop eggs onto a plate, everything picked over, and messy overall. A storm went through in the night so the internet was out and the elevator quit working. I was not recognized as a Hilton Honors member and had to ask for my free water. Had to sit on a pillow as the desk chair is stuck in the low position. There is only one outlet on the desk since the frig uses the other plug. All in all, this Hampton Inn disappointed me. Convenient to the interstate is the best I can say for this place - oh, and the shower was nice (except for the mold in it).

The elevator has not been working for 3 months, the ice machine was broke, the bathtub did not drain (so you are standing in water as you shower), carpets are really dirty, there was a hole in the wall where the door hits. The personnel were very kind and that is the on positive that we saw

We stayed at this Hampton on the way north to Michigan. It was a good stay. Yes, this hotel shows some wear from age (elevator/hallway). But rooms are clean and the customer service is good. Our bed was comfortable and we had a quiet night's sleep. We used the pool and found it to be clean. Lobby bathrooms are nice. Breakfast area is small. I grabbed a yogurt on the way out, but the other offerings look good and the entire area was clean and tidy. Location is near tons of shopping/food. Overall this hotel was a good value and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
