Very poor service.though the room rent and other facilities are better than the same rented hotels. Perfect location for those who want to enjoy the early morning sea bath.

Lobby is big and good. It's a very good budget hotel for a large group or big family. Each flat has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious drawing room. But the service is not so good. The location is also good. Only 7-10 minutes walk towards Sugandha Point Sea Beach.

Room size according to price is okay, But service is very poor. There are no electricity plug to charge devices. Fans are not okay. Lift is very slow. And they are not clean the rooms regularly.

I have lived there approximately 5 months as a monthly tenant. No regular generator, room service and lift facilities. Dumped room and the managing people have no morality except the hunger for money. Won't go there again in my lifetime.
