I can not express how grateful I am to Horton's German Auto Repair in a small amount of space, but I will try. First of all, Rainbow and the entire staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in every way. I brought my BMW 328xi into their shop because it was making a horrible engine sound. They not only diagnosed the issue with the BMW' s Vanos outlet (and bolts) but told me not to start it. Rainbow has a similar BMW to mine and said that it is under recal. I would have had no idea about the recall. She called BMW of Eugene and verified other recalls as well. I had the BMW towed from Corvallis to the Eugene BMW dealership. They performed the necessary repairs and said that Horton's saved me Thousands of dollars because the motor was not further damaged by running the engine. Everything from the valve cover to the oil pan along with gaskets and new parts were replaced. I can not thank Horton's enough for their foresight and knowledge regarding the repairs and replacement of parts under the dealer recall items. What could have been a total disaster was completely resolved. Thanks again, Horton's!!!!!👏💯🏆
