I learned I did not have enough of an issue to bring a suit for damages. It was perfectly understandable as he took time out of his day to explain that and consult with me over the phone. If I ever do need an attorney, they will be my first call.

Look elsewhere for an estate/probate attorney. They (Shane) are unresponsive and uncaring. Your case will drag on for years with nothing being done, and incorrect paperwork will be sent multiple times without resolve. Don’t expect updates of any kind along the way without you having to initiate it!
