"A wilder way to relax" suits this spa, I felt like I was at a beach resort without the sand! I have been to other nordic cycle spots and really liked the music and no shushing here, plus the bar gives chill vibes 😎 A day pass is well worth it, spent 6 glorious hours in the hot and cold, relaxing, chatting, reading and napping! Clean and cozy, I wish I lived closer to this oasis. Will be back to stay a night and hope the hot tub and other new amenities are ready by then! Would like to see more comfortable seating like hammocks on the grassy area or in the trees as shade is minimal at mid-day. Staff were courteous and available but we didn't like the fact that they want to physically hold on to your credit card as a tab. Great view and cute creatures to meet, definitely highly recommend for a truly restful time.

We arrived here at the tail end of a 3 week camping trip across Nova Scotia, PEI and New Brunswick and it was truly an oasis of calm and warmth. The atmosphere was laid back and so relaxing. The sauna, plunge pool, and heated pool were a welcome joy after our journey…and the refreshments and food from the snack bar were the perfect way to relax effortlessly. Our sleeping quarters were simply put, wonderfully complete. We had the fire pit and an abundance of wood…nights were equally peaceful. Thank you for such a complete experience.

This place is amazing and a slice of heaven! I've been to several Nordic Spas and this one has been the best experience of all of them! The owners have thought of everything. Peaceful yet casual. Although you can talk and socialize, it's a more relaxing atmosphere than the silent spas I have gone to. Love the cats and the staff! Huge benefit is that they keep their cold dip pool at the recommended temp to benefit from the cold but actually stay in it long enough to get those benefits!

My daughter and I enjoyed the half day pass and what a wonderful experience it was. It truly surpassed my expectations. Such a lovely set up and Corey was oh so welcoming and hospitable!! Btw he makes scrumptious cocktails too. The wood fire cedar sauna, heated plunge pool and Cold/Ice bath were much enjoyed. The property is on point. We shall return and would love to experience it in the winter as well. Thank you
