I visited City Smiles dentist yesterday for treatment for a loose tooth, and I suffer with terrible anxiety. Im also a wheelchair user. But when I arrived I immediately felt at ease, with such lovely, friendly and helpful staff. I had been really worried about using my chair, but it turned out to be completely fine. Stephan, the dentist, was so lovely, and so welcoming, he explained everything to me in detail, and my anxiety just disappeared! He's so knowledgeable and has the best teeth I've ever seen 😃 Instead of being anxious, I'm now looking forward to my next visit. So glad I went now. Happy days.. .Thankyou to you all for treating me so well. I won't forget it 😊 See you all soon! 😊🌷😊🌷😊🌷

Joined this dentist randomly on passing the practice and I am so glad i did! After not attending the dentist for several years, I was nervous, but Stephan and his staff were very welcoming and not judgemental at all. He did a great job with my two fillings, completely painless! Dental nurse assisting that day was so lovely too! Receptionist friendly as well. Thanks guys. I'm not dreading my 6 monthly check up anymore!

The staff here are lovely. Very welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. The dentists put you at ease and are friendly and easy to talk to.

Not scared of coming to the dentist now. He makes me feel so relaxed and not worried. He was also great with my little grandson who got a check up. The receptionist is so nice and welcoming too.
