The folks at Hoover are great to work with. Ronnie was patient and answered all my questions while we were shopping around and trying to figure out exactly what it was we wanted. He offered suggestions based on my needs, which were great. Once we settled with Hoover, as they were the most responsive and easy to contact, things started moving. Granted, due to backlog, we were about 4 months out before they could get started. That was not uncommon as just about every contractor said the same thing. Once they contacted me to let me know they were coming it all went fast. The crew was professional and kept everything picked up. Even after the job was done one wouldn't have known there was a crew there. We had to be out of town during some of the construction and Ronnie kept us up-to-date so we knew what to expect when we got home. We couldn't be more happier with the building and selecting Hoover Building Systems in Lexington.

Just got my building completed. Hoover buildings is by far the way to go. From customer service to the team of builders. Customer service at Hoover is the best I've experienced in a long time. Mr. Ronnie was a pleasure to work with. During this process. The builders were here on time and cleaned up daily. They answered all of my questions. Their workmanship is outstanding. From the window placement to every screw being line up perfect. Land prep was done by Warner Grading. Kevin the owner was up front with the cost and the work was outstanding. If you are on the fence with going with Hoover. Don't be. You will be happy with the experience.

After coming close to ordering a building on-line, the quoted price changed and I was un-easy about it like it was a scam. Hoover buildings was about 3 miles from my home, and they had been there all my life, so I stopped by. The staff was friendly and I was able to meet with Ronnie the sales person and talk face to face with a person. Ronnie was able to customize a building to my budget. I asked questions and not just got a verbal answer but we walked into one of their buildings to see the answer. When I walked out that day , I had a contract in my hand that stated everything Hoover was going to build for me and everything the building would cost including concrete, which was important to me because I only had to deal with one contractor. Hoover started when they projected and finished with a very clean and well constructed building. You don't have to just take my word, go by and prove to yourself Hoover buildings can build what you've been looking at on-line with better quality. Local is better.

3yr review, I have been truly disappointed in the quality of my Hoover 24x24 building. Each post was left with craters small dog could fall in, only 1 rafter in center split and patched, outside panels showing rust (3yrs), concrete exterior was poorly done also. Contacted Hoover on several occasions (Ronnie & stopping in office) inquiring about this and possibly an addition to building. To date no response from Hoover.
