Called Honey-Do Handyman for a minor repair at my home. My door was not closing properly. I had another company come out first, and they said I needed a new pre-hung door $500.00. The Honey-Do Handyman was able to re-hang my existing door and it works perfectly. Thank you for your honesty and understanding about my financial situation! Great Job!!

Renting from Craig (CMC Properties, a side business to Honey-Do Handyman) was an awful, demeaning experience and I ended up having to seek legal counsel for advice near the end of my lease. He was accommodating at the start of my lease but became difficult and rude in my final months. He is not honest about lease terms (requires things and says they are in the lease but they are not) and does not fully answer questions or communicate well. He suggested my fiancé get rid of his cat so that I could sign for another year (he didn’t want another cat on the lease, which is fair, but don’t make the suggestion that somebody dump their pet.) He also harassed me several times by phone and text during normal work hours, and if he didn’t get an immediate response, sometimes even having his assistant try me. When I got my deposit back, he included several notes on regular wear and tear items he fixed, mentioning he didn’t charge me but wanted me to be aware it took away some of his time. He also included a charge for taking photocopies of damage but crossed it out. I assume he included it just to be awful because nobody should be charging for photos when he has a smartphone and email.

I highly recommend Honey-Do Handyman. He remodeled a home for me. He does high quality work and can be counted on to do a job right. I was very pleased with the work.
