Karen AlexanderI reached out to Honest Sewer and Drain and spoke with Dustin about the plumbing issues we were experiencing. I was confused about the process, but Dustin was so nice and he took the time to explain everything to me. Broderick then came out to the house, gave me a quote and came back to begin the work only to find out that the water shut off valve to my building had to be repaired first, so he notified the association about the problem and agreed to come back again after they completed the work. Broderick could have been annoyed he had to come back again, but he was so patient, kind and understanding and repeatedly assured me it was no problem and there would be no charge for the wasted trip. When the shut off valve was repaired, Broderick came back to begin the work. He arrived with a big smile and a wonderful, pleasant attitude and was able to get the water turned on an hour earlier than expected, which made the management company happy. The work was done on time and the price was fair. Best of all, Broderick reduced the price I had already agreed on when he realized the problem wasn't as bad as he had originally expected. I was so happy at the unexpected discount and this was on top of the senior discout I had already gotten! This company is honest and can be trusted. They are highly recommended and I will definitely be calling them back if ever the need arises. Thank you so very much, Dustin and Broderick!! Your kindness and professionalism is much appreciated!!
