As long as they stay in business we will be using their services! I got the run around for a month and a half with another technician company. They played games, wouldn’t communicate and the “repairs” claimed to be made just needed more parts and more money thrown at it, and were done half assed and may have caused a fire if done the way they wanted to finish. I had my wife reach out to Bruce at Honest RV and fill him and his wife Jodi in. He said unfortunately he’s had to go behind these other technicians and do the work right multiple times. Bruce works efficiently, he is respectful, and actually takes the time to explain the repairs and what needs done. Jodi was amazing and stayed on top of getting us on the schedule as soon as possible. They ACTUALLY CARE about more than just the money they make from their customers. They care about their customers and show it from the beginning of inquiry to end of service. The way it should be! Thank you Honest RV for your dedication to your CUSTOMERS.

“Honest” is not just a name! Bruce is very knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. Communications with he & his wife (Jody, I believe) were clear and proactive. Their pricing for labor & materials were transparent from the beginning. I’ve had them out twice, and couldn’t imagine there being a better example of five stars. Bruce will tell you when you need the “right” part, and when there is a more cost effective alternative that will suffice. He really seems to care about his customers. Thank you both!

Bruce and Jody are amazing. My wife and I dealt with a different repair place and we will never go to them again. We have 3 ac units and none of them would work. We have animals in our rv as well we dealt with no ac for a month and a half. My wife was tired of getting the go around from the other place so she told me to call and make an appointment with Bruce. I called and talked to Jody she told me the soonest they had available was 2 weeks out. I told her that was fine. She got ahold of me again and said that they could get us in sooner. I’m a third shift worker. She waited until I got up and I told her yes please. She held the spot for us all day because she knew what shift I worked. Bruce came and fixed 2 of our ac’s and let us know we need to replace the other one. We will only be going through Jody and Bruce for our repairs from now on. They both treated us with respect and they definitely lived up to their company name. I can’t thank y’all enough!!
