Phil has been our property manager for going on 2 years now. After our house burned down and we lived in a long term hotel for 6 months, he was the only one who was able to help us find a property and willing to work w/ us despite a few bumps in the road. He just found us another property that we are moving into this weekend after we got a short notice that our current property is being sold; he knew how stressed we were about having to move especially w/ having kids. He worked quickly to get the other property ready to go for us to move into so that we can keep our kids in the same school district. Phil is a very stand up guy and straight shooter and is very responsive when there is any type of issue. We plan on continuing to rent from him while we work hard on our dream of home ownership.
