We sold our house through Fells Estate Agents, Ringwood after a long process that started in July 2024 and completed in February 2026. From the outset, Dan Fells impressed us with the quality of the photographs, video and write-up — our home was presented beautifully and at its very best. We had interviewed several agents, but chose Fells because they were personable, genuinely listened to what we wanted, and felt like real people rather than number-crunchers. After some initial interest, the market shifted with wider political uncertainty, but Fells remained cheerful, realistic and proactive, keeping us updated with regular assessments. When we accepted an offer, we were initially told the chain was short. A few months in, it became clear that the situation at the bottom of the chain was far more complicated than anyone realised, adding several more properties and significant delays. What really stood out was how Fells handled this. They kept communication flowing, worked hard to hold the chain together, and helped navigate what became a very challenging and stressful situation. Thanks to their persistence and steady management, the bottom of the chain was successfully remarketed and sold quickly, allowing us to finally complete and secure the home we had first viewed nine months earlier. Selling is rarely straightforward, but if you’re looking for excellent marketing, clear communication, a positive and friendly approach, and an agent who will actively manage a chain through its ups and downs, we would confidently recommend Fells.
