The staff at the counter was nice, even though he couldn’t resolve my issue. Unfortunately, my interaction with the female manager was disappointing. She was dismissive, questioned why I was there instead of listening, and I had to repeat myself several times before she paid attention. Service is not only about solving problems—it’s also about showing respect and maintaining a positive attitude.
