Fernando was excellent! Extremely helpful, knowledgable, and professional. He gave a thorough and understandable explanation of every aspect of the furnace and air conditioning units. My service technician was Hector, and I was very impressed with his performance. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and communicated exceptionally well. He called ahead to inform me of his arrival time, and he was punctual. When he came in, he was very careful with his ladder and tools and even wore booties over his work boots, which I appreciated. Hector shared valuable information about my HVAC system. He adjusted the dampers in one of the bedrooms to allow for more airflow and checked on my filter, which was quite dirty. I had attempted to remove it myself but was worried about damaging something, so I felt embarrassed not being able to do it. While checking the condenser, Hector noticed it was very dirty. I paid extra to have it cleaned, as I didn't realize how much it was affected. In my area, we experience high winds and a lot of dust, especially since we live near a school that recently underwent renovations. He explained how I could maintain and clean the condenser myself and went over how to change the filter and adjust the settings on my air conditioning unit. We also discovered that we grew up in the same city and shared stories about a popular local restaurant that only those familiar with the area would know. It was wonderful reminiscing about those memories while discussing the work he was doing. I truly appreciate all of Hector's advice, and if you ever get the chance to work with him, I highly recommend it. He is a wonderful young man.

David was our Home Comfort HVAC sales representative at Lowe’s and was professional, knowledgeable and kind. We signed up for 2 separate services whereby Home Comfort was able to accommodate our schedule in a timely fashion. Our first service involved maintenance and installation of a UV unit to prevent mold exposure. Daniel was the technician that provided the service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent regarding the condition of our HVAC unit and completed the job within the initial estimated time. We are pleased with his work. Our second service was to upgrade insulation in our attic. Chris and his coworker arrived on time and did an excellent work preparing the home for this job. They made sure the home was wrapped/prepped appropriately and kept the place in a clean, orderly while doing the job. I really appreciated their expertise and professionalism.
