Put in for a application they tried to charge us double deposit because of no rental history. We said something and they changed the deposit to the original deposit they asked for. They then tried to tell is that the listed monthly price was a rent special and it would change in July. We said something about that they then said it was listed in the listing and it wasn't. When they showed us the house the lady that showed it had her kid and husband with her. The company is very unprofessional.

I have to give a shoutout to Boulevard. We usually list our rental on our own to save money. We are a young couple and just have one small condo so we try to keep our numbers tight. With inflation where it is these days we were really weighing what to do this year as we really didn't want to have a lapse in our leases. We decided to pull the trigger and use Boulevard and we couldn't be happier. They help coordinate with our current renters to accommodate a better move in date for potential renters, opening up a huge student base that we would have missed out on other wise. The boulevard team was essential in this transition. We had a ton of showings right out of the gate and just signed an excellent pair of students that I feel great about renting our space to.
