Lisa LumI’m 64 and have only dealt with two property management companies, Goldmar and just recently Home2Home. The contrast could not be more different. My experience with Home2Home was phenomenal. Lease signing took ~ 45 minutes with Kaela going over each aspect of the lease. When I received my keys Kaela went through the unit with a checklist checking every room thoroughly and turning on and off every appliance. This is how property management should be carried out and I would recommend them to everyone. With Goldmar I received a lease with errors and non-compliance with an extensive order from the LTB.
