I had an unexpected health scare and ended up in the ER. The entire staff was incredible — kind, calm, and compassionate from start to finish. One of the medications gave me a strange sensation and made me panic, but my nurse stayed with me, talked me through it, and didn’t rush anything until I felt safe. Everyone I encountered explained things clearly and treated me like a person, not just a patient. I’m truly grateful for the care I received — thank you for making a stressful experience much more bearable.

I took my husband into the ER with coughing, difficulty breathing, etc. He is getting older and has some other serious health issues. They were full, but moved some people around and got him right in. They were very attentive to his needs and tried to get him as comfortable as they could. They were very professional, but treated us like neighbors! Their concern for him (and me) was evident. There was a change of staff while we were there. The staff leaving checked in and told us who was taking over. The incoming staff introduced themselves. They were all caught up on his case and went right to work. It was a seamless transition. We were kept well informed of the tests being done, and the results as they came in. We were also included in decision making. Overall, it was as good of an experience as one could ever have in an ER! Thank you so much to all the staff who were there and helped us! You are appreciated more than you know! Thank you for your kindness and attention! (Our RN's were Dan and Jay. Our Doc was Michael, and the ARNP was Janea. I didn't get the names of our other nurse, the check-in lady, or the lab lady.)

Went in with the fear that I was miscarrying. I was taken back as soon as I came in, they made extra sure I was comfortable. All staff was very kind and accommodating!!! The lady who did my ultrasound was SO KIND!! She let me know as soon as she found the baby that there was a heartbeat, then held my hand as I let tears of relief fall. Thank you to all staff!!!! You are appreciated!

Absolutely the best nursing staff. PT and OT were very helpful. I recently stayed 4 days in the hospital & had great care in a great room. So much better than the large hospitals nearby. Plus the doctors there are willing to take the time to really listen.
