Our garage door needed to be replaced due to some damage and old age. We decided to replace everything and start from scratch. Holmes Garage Door Service was recommended by a lot of people in my neighborhood. I did call several places to get estimates just to do my homework. Kyle answered the phone when I called, was able to come out and do measurements, and give me a quote right away. Not only did his prices beat the other places I called but his customer service and communication by far was the best as well. When he came out to do the job, he was very professional, and had the knowledge to the job correctly. Our door looks amazing, the new opener is so much quieter than our old one. The install couldn't have been done any better. He arrived at our agreed upon time and was finished the same day. Knowing and seeing the work he does, I would highly recommend to anyone looking or needing work done to their garage. Thank you Kyle!

I called due to a broken spring. Kyle responded to my residence the same day and replaced both springs, as we had discussed. His work was very fast. My garage door opens and closes more smoothly and quietly than it has in years. He also described where and how he had lubricated everything. Highly recommended!
