Benedict SommerLoved our stay here. The village is beautifully peaceful and Holm itself is a delight. We enjoyed an evening meal of creative food which was plentiful without being too heavy. The service was the best - informative and attentive yet relaxed. We weren't rushed and had our table for nearly 3 hours. Great atmosphere and the rooms were excellent too. The following morning we had a very special cooked breakfast before heading back to our concrete city and re-evaluating our lives. We'll be back - thank you!

The tasting menu was a superb collection of dishes with a wide variety of interesting and unusual ingredients. Exciting and intriguing. The service was excellent too, the staff quick, attentive but not intrusive. So well trained, skilled and knowledgeable a delight! The restaurant itself is very modern and sort of Skandi contemporary but comfortable and not too noisy. All in all a delightful place to eat delightful food served by delightful people!

The portions were just right, not massive, which suited us (don't wanna end really full and sleeping poorly after). Service was ok, great atmosphere. The only dish we weren't that keen on were the petit fours, just not that inspired. Would recommend!
Lily HeylandRooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. Tasting menu was delicious. Wine list was excellent. Restaurant much more atmospheric than in the photographs. South Petherton is a lovely village and had a really great run to East Lambrook where I would like to go back and visit the garden. Breakfast was also delicious and all staff really welcoming and helpful.
