Dr Hashim was the best dentist I’ve ever gone to! Seriously what a good human being for his level of skills professionalism and compassion for patients. I have a filling that no other dentist has ever been able to properly get the two teeth to make contact due to some bone loss from a larger filling and Dr Hashim was able to do that with 3 failed attempts from other dentists he takes his time and you can tell that he is compassionate and humanitarian it is the first time I went to see him as it was an emergency appointment because my offices appointments were booking so far but will be coming back to this office in the future ! Thank you for you work !!

Called to see if I could have a tooth extracted because one of mine shipped while I was sleeping I’m not from the area. I was just travelling through. I in fact called every dental office Within three hours. They all pointed me to this place as the emergency spot As they employ multiple dentists. They literally just said, not accepting new patients and hung up the phone, so unprofessional and in-compassionate. Had to drive eight hours to Ottawa to get it done what a joke. These guys are bottom of the bottom of the barrel human beings

I am on disability and when I had my last appointment booked I was working at the time the dentist called me 3 times while I was working to come in early and I couldn't and didn't end up making my appointment. They charged 50 .00 for that. When I needed a Dentist again they told me I had to pay that 50.00 before I could make another appointment. So I went in a month later to pay and make the appointment. So they took my money then told me I couldn't make another appointment. They lied to me just so they could make 50.00. Not cool treating people on disability like this.

They constantly left me in the chair every 10 min to see other clients. A simple appointment would take HOURS. And during a root canal the Dentist left the file in my tooth to go consult another patient, he left it in the for 20 minutes!!! . Very unprofessional place.
