Pelayanannya cukup memakan waktu. Ketika saya meminta bantuan untuk potong chiffon cakenya, pelayannya bilang pisaunya engga ada. Iya gimana ya, pisau untuk potong masa tidak tersedia. Trus waktu saya buka chiffonnya di rumah ternyata bukan chiffon keju seperti biasanya. Warnanya aneh.

Packaging tebal pakai karton dan ada alas kuenya di dalamnya. Rasa kuenya seperti kue bolu kukus tapi berwarna-warni. Yang dijual bermacam-macam jenisnya mulai dari cake, roti, jajanan tradisional, pastry, dll. Pas datang di weekday pagi hari cukup banyak pelanggan lain dan ada sedikit antrian. Harga produk cukup bersaing.

Tolong ditraining stafnya, terutama staf pria yang hari minggu 15 juni 2025 sekitar jam 19.47. Saya mau beli roti donut sapi (yang digoreng), saya tanya stok ada berapa dijawabnya sisa 1, tapi kasir bilang ada satu stok roti di belakang, NAH si staf pria ini malah nunjuk sambil nyentuh rotinya 😱 waduh big no sih untuk f&b nyentuh makanan langsung tanpa sarung tangan atau capitan. Minus nilai kebersihan, jadi khawatir nih apa semua roti disentuh dulu sama si staf pria itu ya sebelum dikemas ke dalam plastik 😩
