Just had my first prenatal massage at Holistic Spa Therapy and it was absolutely perfect. I came for a 60 minute massage and they took note of the areas of concern and took precautions given I am pregnant. Everyone is so sweet, and it is very relaxing. Mia did my massage and I can’t say enough great things about her. She checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and really focused on what I asked. Her energy is warm and inviting and she made the experience very relaxing. She is a total sweetheart and I am looking forward to coming back and seeing her again. I really recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and expecting mothers. 🥰

Holistic Spa is now one of my favorite spa locations. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and given cozy shoes to go and change. I had a wonderful steam room experience along with the hot scrub, but my massage is what made this visit stand out. Mina gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I am dealing with a lot of soreness and tension in my shoulders, neck, and back, but after leaving, I feel like a new person. Truly! My first experience with Korean back walking was incredible and I felt tension and knots melt away quicker than ever. I loved the hot stones as well. After my 90-minute massage, I was given a gift and a homemade cookie. Perfect ending to a perfect spa day.

We enjoyed a variety of treatments — sauna, body scrub and massages. — and each one was absolutely rejuvenating. The therapists were professional and skilled, and it really felt like all our stress just melted away. We also loved the cozy lounge area. What made it even more special was sharing the experience with my friends. We laughed, relaxed, and pampered ourselves together — it was such a perfect bonding experience. By the end of the day, we all felt refreshed, recharged, and happy. I would highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and luxurious day out with friends!
