The level of service here is decent — nothing beyond average. The staff are nice, friendly, and provide good service. What really stands out is the décor, which gives a sense of peace and comfort. One thing I didn’t like, however, is the layout. With the addition of the new building, you have to go up to the first floor and cross a bridge to reach it, as there’s no direct connection from the ground floor. It’s quite a long walk if your appointment happens to be in the new building.

I recently gave birth at HMS Mirdif under the care of Dr. Braithwaite and her wonderful midwives, Olga and Margaret. From the very beginning at 6:30am, the entire team was by my side, continuously checking on me with calmness and understanding. Midwife Olga was truly my angel. Her constant reassurance and gentle support carried me through each contraction, especially since I had an unmedicated water birth. She went above and beyond to make my experience special, creating a beautiful board for my baby, setting up the birthing room, and even making a framed placenta print for me to take home as a keepsake. These thoughtful details made my birth unforgettable. Thanks to their respect for my wishes, my birth plan was honored, including delayed cord clamping. The birthing environment was serene and spacious, creating the perfect setting for a calm and empowering experience. After birth, the care didn’t stop, the team was on call and supported me until I left the hospital. I was able to enjoy immediate skin-to-skin bonding with my baby, and the panoramic views from my room added a beautiful sense of peace to my recovery. The hospital itself feels like home, the VIP rooms are spacious, with plenty of seating for guests, making it a very comfortable experience for my family and me. I am so grateful to Dr. Braithwaite, Olga, and Margaret for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. I would highly recommend HMS Mirdif Hospital to any mother seeking a supportive, natural, and empowering birth experience.
