The "other guys" told me they couldn't fit us in for at least two more days and I started having visions of pipes freezing and my wife/kids setting a toasty blaze with some furniture to survive. Chelsea with HMI took my service call and told me they'd schedule me for the next day and that she'd check with her tech to see if he could fit us in. Within two hours, Chad was on my doorstep and then arm deep in the furnace figuring out what was wrong. He made an extra trip to get the exact part we needed (replacement control board) and kept my dog from freezing, my kids from burning the place down, and my wife from relocating to Florida. We couldn't be happier and will be loyal customers. So very grateful. For service in Cache Valley and emergencies, HMI Heating and Air should get your call. Thank you Chelsea and Chad!
Richard WaldorfI used them for new furnace and AC in Bountiful and was happy enough I used them again on Ogden. I got suckered into using a company for one of those $39.95 furnace tune ups and they wanted $650.00 to clean the fan assembly. I called Hustad and they did it for $85.00 and did a super job. Overall, and I have some experience in the field as well as some formal training, I would have to say Hustad gives the best service at the best price in Utah!!!! At least give them the chance to bid and I would guess they would offer the best price and quality of products compared to anyone!! If needed I will use them again!!!!

Their pricing, availability, knowledge and attitude was spot on. They were so easy to work with. The staff is friendly and helpful and all work was done in a timely manner. I won't use anyone else.

They are very courteous and responsive to communication via email and phone. Furthermore, they did the changes that I requested without any difficulty or complaints.
