TaylorWas contacted by a recruiter, Mary Gallagher on LinkedIn and by phone call (she left a voicemail). I tried following up only a few minutes after & received no responses or answered calls.. I discovered the recruiter is an active user on LinkedIn, and engages with posts frequently. This was a disappointing experience. Ghosting is EXTREMELY unprofessional. This is one of the many experiences I have encountered with Insight Global and I have a lack of trust with this company overall.
Sun DeliteInsight Global is not American Citizen friendly at all. This was my first time working with an agency that was DEI....they claim Diversity and Inclusion...that don't include American Citizens. While in training one of the trainers spent most of his time dicussing his personal life and his personal opinions that had nothing to do with Customer Care for Columbia Sportswear. Like, making fun of people who believe in God and calling people the N word. Then the head (French) lead talked in a tone as if she owned Columbia and Insight Global when letting us know she would reprimand us( or send you home) if caught on our phones. It was a horrible experience and they all lacked professionalism. I was released after 6 weeks for reasons really unknown with no warning or anything in writing. Seems to me they only hired as many Americans as they did so they could act out. Sorry, that's how it came off. There is no huge call volume for anyone to layoff for a 3 month assignment. I was there everyday and on time. I took the most calls, I've worked in call centers taking 100s of calls a day! lol But, I don't get it. Instead of them calling me before my return day. they let me come all the way up to the building to tell me, the French lead says I don't get it. Considering Atlanta was a Civil Rights city ... what a disgusting display of racism ..even when it looks like you. Beware!

They just want to get people signed up to meet their targets is what it’s giving. and they call you at their own leisure but let you try and get a hold of them good luck…BRET SUCKS!
