First time customer. I will be coming back. You guys did a wonderful job. He looks way better than a home job that I could give. I lost my old groomer a year ago and just hadn't found him a new one until now. I didn't realize you were cash only but the signs were clearly posted I just didn't look at drop off. Thanks again! **** update to this, I went in a 2nd time and had the exact opposite experience. They permanently scarred my dog cutting a big divet across his nose that 4 months later is a big scar. Also his gums were cut and bleeding. I struggled with making this review because the first cut was so great. The same women took my call and was there both times I dropped him off. But the 2nd time it was a different employee I picked him up from. The 2nd time same as the first I asked how he did and they said great no issues. I didn't really look paid and gave a healthy tip before taking him home. Uppon arrival I noticed that he appeared to get half a hair cut. And that there was a huge ridge cut out of his nose as well as scabbing all through his gum line. Where they had used a balding clipper to cut. Needless to say we haven't been back since. The only way I would consider dropping him there again is if I could ensure that the initial groomer we met was going to be his groomer that day and whomever the 2nd groomer was will not be allowed to be anywhere near my dog. I'm so disgusted with what they did and the fact they didn't say a peep despite him obviously being marred for life. I would only consider going back if on those terms and if I was desperate. I don't particularly like grooming my own dog and don't have the best tools for the job but haven't been to a groomer since and only doing it myself.

Based on reviews I made an appointment for my dog. She was so overdue for a grooming. They got her in to fit my schedule. We got the call she was ready and had her picked up in 10-15 minutes. Gabby was happy and we were happy. Price was very reasonable. Second visit to do a cleanup and nail trim. Still impressed with efficiency and professionalism even in the midst of the remodel of the building exterior.

Sorry to leave a negative review, but this is a concerning safety issue. This place is very talented when it comes to grooming. They’re fast and efficient, and I’ve used them many times. But their system of checking in and out dogs is completely unsafe and unprofessional. They don’t keep the collars or name tags with the dogs, and they write your phone number (not even your name) on a piece of scratch paper. So after my dog had been there way too long today and I hadn’t heard from them, I called to check on her. They had no idea which dog I was talking about. I literally heard them walking around calling out my dog’s name to see which one responded. It turns out that they had written my phone number down incorrectly and then had no idea how to reach me or who I even was. So my dog was just sitting in a kennel until someone randomly showed up to claim her.

Awesome place for our dogs nails. If we bring cash can get 2 dogs nails done for the price of one at almost every other groomer I seen. Fast, efficient and worth it.
