Drove 4 hours from South FL to check out some trucks the dealer had on their lot. Walked in at 5:00pm on a Thursday and was attended to immeadiately. Seff was my sales guy. Very honest, upfront, and polite. Let me check out the trucks for as long as I wanted. When it came time to make a deal, he went to war with the banks and his supervisors and got me an amazing deal on my new to me F250. I then proceeded to drive it home the 4 hours and to work the next day with no issues. One of the best dealership experiences I’ve had and they have quite the selection. GREAT DEALERSHIP WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When you want the best customer service and a dealership with lots of inventory, Hillsboro Auto Mart in Tampa is the place to go. From the first phone call inquiring about the vehicle and through the final transaction it was one of the smoothest vehicle buying experiences I had. I have been looking for a truck for weeks driving miles to see trucks at other dealerships to be welcomed with the lack of communication and lack of customer service where I verified the vehicle was available and within 2 hours of arriving 2 of the dealers said the truck was sold and offered to sell me another vehicle. Hillsboro Auto Mart changed all of that unpleasant experience and completed my truck buying experience with the greatest and smoothest experience. From when I called and drove an hour to get there as soon as I arrived someone quickly came out and greeted me asking how I can help with no pressure energy. I looked at the vehicle as long as I wanted to with no pressure and the salesperson answered any question I had with great honesty and transparency. Usually, I am the one asking to test drive the vehicle but before I can even ask, they told me to please feel free to test drive such that you cover all grounds in making your decision. That showed they are confident in the quality of vehicles they are selling by making sure you inspect and test drive with no pressure attitude. There were so many great quality trucks option at Hillsboro Auto Mart but I selected on going with the truck I came for. It was getting late and even past the closing time but not for one minute did I feel rushed as they continue to be attentive and address any question I had. Finally, I decided to proceed with the financial transaction which went smoothly and now I got the truck I wanted, and I am a very happy person with every part of the transaction. Also, in putting customers first I purchased the truck Saturday evening and wanted to get my truck home since I was not going to register in FL. To support me getting my truck home on Sunday even though they are closed on Sundays the owner Mustafa offered that he could come to the dealership on Sunday to meet with the transporter to load the truck which he did.
