My daughter and husband both had a dental appointment on Saturday, September 13th 2025. One for 9am and the other for 930am. Once we were checked in and paperwork completed the receptionist called my husband to the desk to tell him that it was an issue with his insurance card which has never happened. We have been using the same insurance company since we been coming to this dental office. She made it seem like she wanted him to call the company to check for coverage once we kept telling her that nothing was wrong on our end. She finally called and said oh it’s good it’s because they over on the West Coast which didn’t make any sense. Then we overheard them saying that they couldn’t call any patients back yet because they didn’t have any assistant’s come in yet but they were on the way. By this time it was 9:45am past both my husband and daughter appointments. Assistant’s finally came in and they were seen and we were out of there around 11:15am. They are getting worse and worse every time. I been going to Dental Dreams for 4yrs now but ready to just give them up.

I arrived on time for my appointment and completed all the required paperwork, but ended up waiting about 35 minutes in the lobby while several people who came in after me were seen first. During my cleaning, the front desk staff came into the room to ask about my insurance information, which felt a bit unprofessional since I had already submitted everything beforehand and had been waiting long enough for that to be clarified earlier. The cleaning itself was fine—nothing terrible, but not especially thorough either. The doctor was friendly and personable, which I appreciated, but overall the experience fell short of expectations.

I have no complaints about the doctor or the assistants; however, my experience with the front desk staff was very uncomfortable. Yesterday, I called the dental office because my son had a 2:30 PM appointment, and I noticed my daughter wasn’t included after scheduling her online. The person on the phone confirmed that both could be seen at 3:00 PM, which I accepted. I arrived and signed in at 3:11 PM but didn’t speak with a receptionist until 3:26 PM. She informed me that my children were not scheduled and suggested they might have been erased from the system because I was late, which seemed strange. I explained that we arrived before the 15-minute late policy, but they refused to see us, claiming no availability, despite promoting walk-ins. Frustrated by the lack of customer service, I left and called the scheduling number again. The person I spoke with remembered our conversation, apologized, and said she could take us as walk-ins. When I returned to the office, the staff denied this information. A man who appeared to be the supervisor asked if we were new patients, and the clerk incorrectly responded “yes.” When I clarified that we were not new, she falsely claimed I was 26 minutes late, even though I had only been 11 minutes late, as confirmed by the log. Having visited this office since 2023, I found the front desk staff's lack of courtesy unacceptable. The atmosphere felt heavy, and this experience would be our last. I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected in a medical office, with the clerk trying to make me seem like a liar. The only positive aspect was the assistants and the doctor.

All the staff were nice enough, but the wait time was insane. Brought my 6 year old daughter in just to get a second opinion. We had an 11am appointment and didn't see the dentist until after 1pm! I asked if that wait is typical, and they said yes. Turned out that there was only one dentist, and based on the sign-in sheet they book 4-5 patients with the same appointment time, and then they also take walk-ins.
