Britney SegoviaI have never been one to leave a review but my experience with this company has been absolutely terrible and I have never experienced customer service like this before. First of all here is the truck that hit my window with a rock and shattered it the size of a baseball. Not sure where the safety is here? My husband called but was not able to fix the situation. I figured to call today and see if they can fix this problem because it’s very disappointing having to pay out of pocket when the company is at fault. I spoke to Alexandra and she is very rude and screaming at me because of the situation she had with my husband. She immediately hung up and now will not answer the phone at all. I called until she answered and she still is taking her anger out on me from my husbands situation. I explained to her I’m being nice and I’m not sure why she has an attitude, again she hung up and is not answering anymore. She explained to me to take legal action and they would also take legal action. This is unfortunate when I was as nice as possible to her and could have resolved the issue but instead she was angry from her conversation with my husband and is being petty. Here’s the “ball of soil” that hit my windshield. Now I’m $500 out of money. Thank you highland landscaping. I hope you talk to your manager maybe she can take some customer service classes :)

The quality of their work is fantastic and their prices are competitive in the market. They were very accommodating with my timeframe and although we have a few things to wrap up that are mainly housekeeping items, I would highly recommend them and would use them again.
