We recently hired High Technology to re-roof our gazebo, and while the process had a few hiccups, the final result was excellent. They provided a fair initial quote, and the project manager, Andres, was courteous, professional, and highly responsive from start to finish. There were some early challenges — the original crew had to start and stop due to rain, rushed parts of the job, and made a few avoidable mistakes. Miscommunication also led to the unnecessary removal of plywood decking, which added to the overall cost. Fortunately, Andres handled everything with care. He personally returned with a new crew a couple of days later, and they took their time to do things properly. The second team fixed the earlier issues, delivered a clean, well-finished result, and even addressed details like nails pushed through the ceiling.
