Nick expertly navigated a complex transaction. We, the sellers, were out of state. The buyers split the property, did a 1031 exchange on one piece and a FSA loan on the other. The house was vacant and the gentleman farming the place was less than cooperative. Despite all of these opportunities for the deal to go south, Nick got it closed in a timely fashion.
