Nothing but excellence from this small property management business. Kelly and her team have been fantastic to rent from in every aspect. From day one, their service has been responsive, kind, genuine, and forthcoming and the value of what they offer can not be understated, especially in Bend where finding good housing is quite difficult. Every interaction with Kelly has been one of the highlights of my day, as we generally talk more than just business. These are people who care about their tenants and their clients and it shows. Will hope to rent from them (at least until I am able to own) for the foreseeable future!

She has great staff, is very available, and has extensive maintenance resources at her fingertips. Working with this team has greatly decreased our stress level. We recently had a situation where one renter was unable to continue living there, and Kelly seamlessly orchestrated a new renter with no visible effect on us whatsoever. They've done a tremendous job, and I have no qualms in recommending them. In fact, we waited for 3 months without renters in order to become part of their portfolio ... and it was worth it.
