We had a reservation for three people, but when we arrived, the room was set up for two, with just one queen bed. We spoke to one of the owners, and he was incredibly kind, talking with him, he offered us another room at no extra cost. The place is cozy, clean, and well located, but what really stands out is the warm and accommodating service. We truly appreciated the hospitality and generosity. They also offer all the amenities needed for a stay. For the best experience, I highly recommend booking directly with them instead of through third-party sites. That way, everything is smoother, and you can enjoy their excellent personal attention from the start.

Nice little spot, the room was super cute and they were very accommodating with extra towels and toiletries and plenty of appliances! The service was great and friendly. Parking was kind of tight but manageable, definitely not a “sketchy” parking lot as I’ve seen on some reviews lol, just your standard Massachusetts neighborhood. Lots of stores around. The couch was sunken in and the bathroom sliding doors were kind of off track, but overall a great place to stay for the price! And close to the beach :)

I had a great stay. My room was very clean. The whole space was cute. Quiet area at night. I appreciated the option for late check in. The owners were super nice and available for any needs.

Room was small, but so cozy. Had tv, microwave, mini fridge (with freezer also). Bathroom was small (am a large person) but so cute and had everything one could need. 10/10 would stay again
