I can’t say enough good things about HG Sply Co in Dallas! This spot checks all the boxes, great food, inviting atmosphere, and an impressive selection of gluten-free options that never feel like an afterthought. The menu is fresh, flavorful, and clearly designed with intention. Whether you're fully gluten-free or just health-conscious, you’ll find delicious choices without sacrificing taste or variety. The cauliflower rice bowl and bison burger (on a GF bun!) were standouts, and the staff was knowledgeable & incredibly accommodating about dietary needs. The rooftop view is the cherry on top, perfect for brunch, dinner, or a casual hangout with friends. HG Sply Co has definitely earned a spot on my go-to list in Dallas. Highly recommend!

HG Sply Co. needs to be on your rotation. The ingredients they use feel healthy and taste great. If you’re into tracking your macros, the menu provides the data so you don’t have to fudge your numbers. There are plenty of outdoor and indoor seating options. We sat out front on a warm evening with a gentle breeze and relatively low humidity. It was great to see people out enjoying themselves. Our server was friendly and took care of us. The food felt a bit slow in coming, but it didn’t matter. It allowed us to relax a bit longer and enjoy our time on lower Greenville.

Amazing Place. Nothing you'll expect from looking from the outside. They have a beautiful staff. 🙏🏾Zuri specifically was very meticulously about helping select a good IPA. Definitely a place to go back to.
