I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team at AVA Fort Greene! Especially today—after submitting a request for a water leakage issue from our washer, Burton from the management team literally came running to our unit to check it out. He was professional, efficient, and had the issue completely fixed within a couple of hours. Huge thanks to the AVA Fort Greene team for their dedication and care!
