I would really love to only speak of the building and my love for its architecture, views, amenities and the wonderful front desk employees but I truly came here to speak on the horrific treatment of the package room attendant. He has continuously returned my packages. I see him exude politeness to the white folk and immediately become assertive and aggressive when he sees black people. He has shown no compassion at all with receiving work equipment and so much more. I am not sure why they continue to allow his employment here. It’s disgusting.

Building and staff were nice but I do not think the location and additional fees/restrictions with amenities make it worth the cost. Location: The 15 minute walk to JZ and 20 minutes to the L (and unreliability of those trains) is very difficult if you rely on public transportation. JZ has been closed on a lot of weekends. It is not easy to get around that area or to have people visit you. Amenities: You can only have 2 guests on the rooftop and lounge area and they monitor that very closely. The pool and gym are also an additional charge. I believe the pool is $600 for the season. Other: There is almost no T-mobile cell service in the building. They have a very large fee if you forget your key and need to borrow the replacement one.

We went on Sunday 03/16/2025. There is a mandatory coat check $5 if you want to keep your coat $20. When you get inside the place is nice with the art work & decor. We was seated in the back across from the bar. EXTREMELY cold. Service was slow. Took 25 minutes to get our order in. The calamari was ok. Whole Brazino 10/10. The snapper 7/10. On to the worst part. We moved to the main lounge area. The tables was very close together. My partner only had Apple Pay and his credit cart did. The place DOES NOT take Apple Pay. Only cash or card. The manager was very rude and told my partner she would call police if he did not have the forms of payment. She caused a huge scene very quickly embarrassing. After finishing our bottle and hookah 1000/10. We was charged a different bill. Hookah was $49 & refill was $20. For a bottle of don Julio and the 1 refill it was $348. The dinner bill $160. It was ALOT of Spanish music with a lil mix of r&b. I would rate my experience 5/10. Management should not threaten paying customers with law enforcement. Charging to keep your own coat is a bit excessive especially with certain areas being so cold. Would not recommend. Manager made it very uncomfortable.
