I’ve never felt more cared for at a pharmacy than with Pharmacist Jay Singh at 2826A Markham Rd. Jay goes far beyond simply filling prescriptions—he actually takes the time to call and educate me about my medications. He explains how and when to take them, what side effects to look out for, and how they work together. At my previous pharmacy, I was never given this level of detail, and I’ve learned so much from Jay that I didn’t know before. He caught things others overlooked, and his advice has made a huge difference in my health and confidence with my medications. What stands out most is how genuinely he cares. He doesn’t rush through conversations—he listens, follows up, and makes sure I fully understand everything. He has even taken the initiative to call my doctor directly to resolve prescription issues right away, saving me time and stress. I believe this is where Dr. Yasothera sees patients now. If so, then I got to tell that this is a horrible place. We cannot reach this place when we actually need them, every time my daughter got ill we had to visit other walk in clinics. They never received calls and did not get back to us even after voice mails. The receptionist is always extremely rude to the patients. She literally yelled at us when we accidentally missed an appointment one day, but when patients visit on time they don’t care and wait time is around one hour. There’s no point booking an appointment. If I could rate them negative points I would.
