Thorahorrible salon. they completely fried my hair a year ago when i wanted to go blonde. the stylist didn’t ask whether my hair was virgin until FORTY FIVE minutes of the bleach soaking into it and my answer was no. my hair has been so incredibly damaged and breaking off this entire year and i can’t count how many times ive cried over it. to spend thousands of dollars only to end with streaky brown and yellow fried bits is insane. it’s so disheartening because they assured me multiple times that i could be a solid light blonde. the respectable thing would’ve been for them to tell me they couldn’t do it. i voiced my disappointment and shock with the stylist and owner and they weren’t nice about it, nor did they give me a refund. they offered to trim my hair on two occasions and dye it back brown but the cut ended up choppy and he dyed it BLACK!! i had to wait MONTHS for that colour to come out and my hair was so gummy and damaged, hard to brush, filled with knots from being weak and completely unmanageable. my hair was healthy before this :’(
