Ram and his family are generational jewellers and are very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. Great communication, product, and service. I would highly recommend Janak jewellers.

Went there and didn't feel welcomed. The staff I dealt with seemed too judgemental about what u wearing and if u ask any questions politely he seem to get fed up. Asked for a new kara design and he didn't understand it 5 times. Then other person just showed me tht easily. They lost good business

I visited this place again yesterday, this time with my 75-year-old mother. Unfortunately, the experience was upsetting and unacceptable. As we entered, the front door was so heavy it swung back and hit my mother’s ankle, causing it to bleed. Shockingly, no one acknowledged what happened — not a single word of concern, apology, or kindness. Throughout our visit, the staff were cold and unwelcoming. We weren’t allowed to hold or properly look at the items ourselves. Instead, a staff member insisted on showing us how to "properly hold" the jewelry — a patronizing and unnecessary action, especially toward my elderly mother who has lived here for decades, raised a family, and deserves basic respect. It felt as if the level of service depended on how we looked or what we were buying. If you’re dressed up and appear wealthy, the staff seem attentive as per few others feedback. But if you’re just an ordinary person, you’re barely acknowledged, let alone treated with courtesy. This kind of behavior is disappointing, especially from a business in our community. If you're considering shopping here, I strongly recommend comparing prices and service elsewhere before deciding. Our visit ended with frustration and sadness, and I felt it was important to share this experience. Also, I found Ram — one of the owner— to be particularly rude during our visit.
