After the big freeze at start of January (5th)had frozen and split my kitchen pipes, Andrew went above and beyond to replace the problem pipe that had been fitted previously by a cowboy firm. Andrew even came back to change my taps for nothing after a washer became brittle (through ages!) and my tap continued to drip. Thank you Heating and Plumbing Direct.
