I wanted to give a little time and let the driveway set before I wrote a review. From start to finish they keep me updated and everything was transparent. They were on time and worked extremely efficiently. The crew was awesome and a good group to shoot the bull with. And not once during the whole job did anyone stand around, they all had their jobs and responsibilities while on-site. They did the driveway in multiple stages to let it settle to prevent puddling. Overall, I was beyond impressed with the crew and their work. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for the great work and beautiful driveway.

Honestly, not a single knit to pick. Ryan and his crew were unbelievably excellent. I called to have my small single file 3 car driveway repaved on the recommendation and work one of my neighbor's had done a couple years back. Unfortunately we were plagued by bad weather before we could begin, but Ryan never left me out of the loop or disappeared. In fact, he went out of his way to make sure the service was as good as the pavement, stopping by in person rather than phoning a postponement, and being on-site for the whole job. Then on the big day, they confirmed the night before and arrived right on time, did clean, excellent work. The entire crew was friendly, professional, worked like a team and obviously took pride in good work. The new driveway looks great and they didn't overlook a single detail. On top of the great work and service, it was also about 30% under the budget I was prepared for and was quoted elsewhere. I really can't recommend Ryan and his crew at Heap any more. It was a suprisingly excellent experience. Usually service like that comes from a tailor or a luxury hotel, not a road crew of pavers, but pros are pros. I was very impressed. I felt catered to, with first class work and service the whole way through for pretty much a contractor's pricetag. And none of it was phony salesmanship. Everything promised was delivered exactly right. Genuine good, hard working, affable crew that get along and work well together. Thanks again Ryan and the rest of you guys. I enjoyed the chatter too.
