Came to this location today curious as I heard from a friend about sales that were active and had been told how wonderful the staff were. Today I however witnessed one of the staff members, an older blonde lady, treating the staff quite disrespectfully, bossing they around, treating them as though they were incompetent and unknowing, speaking to another woman about how “bad the store looked and how the staff do not know what they’re doing”. I also overheard a conversation she had with another employee that I felt should have been done elsewhere where I as a customer should not be able to hear, as it seemed to be quite rude and improper from what I could tell. I felt so horrible for all the young ladies that had been spoken to by her, they were all so lovely and helpful.

Horrible experience, I was advised to order a dress online because they didn't have the size in store and I was told that it takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive. THAT WAS A LIE. I called customer service to track my order and turns out it takes 3 to 5 business days to ship out!!! And God knows how long to arrive. We needed the dress for the weekend and they just ruined it for my daughter 😒
