Customer service needs work. This isn't my regular pharmacy, and I don't live nearby. I come here for compound prescriptions that provide needed pain relief, which I understand aren't prepared on a same day basis. It took a few years to get a WhatsApp or phone call when a prescription is ready for pick up, despite asking each time. I dropped off a new prescription on Monday, and asked for a call when ready. On Wednesday, I dropped in to check, as I was just across the street. I again asked that I get a call when ready for pick up. This morning, I called to check on the status of this prescription and learned it was ready. Five days to get needed pain relief is unacceptable. Do better.
