Terrible experience at this pharmacy. I was told my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, but after more than 50 minutes I was still waiting and had to keep reminding the staff. On top of that, the pharmacist, Sarah, was extremely rude when I asked for help administering a medication. As a pregnant woman, I expected a little understanding and professionalism, but instead I was treated with attitude and zero compassion. The lack of communication, respect, and basic customer service here is unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Been coming to this pharmacy now for over 5 years for my daughter’s medication and wanted to say that the pharmacy staff a courteous and professional. I had an urgent need for medication as we were catching a flight out the next day and they were extremely accommodating and filled out my prescription and had it ready for me before closing. Definitely recommend them for their knowledge and advice.

The best pharmacy in South Ajax! Family owned and all of the staff are awesome. We've been coming here for over a decade and always receive superior service and support. In addition to prescriptions, they have assistive devices (which most others don't carry) a postal counter who are also incredibly helpful and a gift section that has inspiring and unique items. The pharmacists Emad and Sarah always take time to answer questions and concerns going above and beyond to ensure I leave confident feeling I'm taken care of.
