I have had stomach issues for a very long time. Mostly with my gut from all the antibiotics I had taken for acne when I was younger. It destroyed all the good cut Flora. I had for many years, followed the healthy way of life, eating good and avoiding any medication’s. I developed CDIFF after taking antibiotics for so called ear infection. I also knew I had to make sure I did not have any parasites or any other issues with my gut. when I saw Dr Zavardes profile on Nourish site, I knew she was going to be my savior. I booked the hour consultation. She had me fill out all information regarding my habits, eating and daily routines of healthcare. My issues and problems. We talked about all this and what my goals in getting my gut back to working properly. She requested I take a do a full bloodwork, more extensive than the ones at the doctors office. I also got an entire panel of stool test done, to find out where the issues were coming from. The results took like five days. she then had a sit down with me and we went over the changes of my diet and the types of supplements that he needed to take to get results of my gut. A new regiment. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and added all the daily things I needed to get my stomach neutralized. In about a month, the bloating and heavy feeling in my gut head gone, all the gas was gone, I even lost some weight around my tummy area. I believe getting to the root of the issues is the way to good health. Dr. Zaverdas is highly educated in the field of natural health and knows about products, herbs, and supplements.
