I did PT with Alex Wood and she was excellent. She listened and created a program to fit my needs. I have several chronic pain issues, and she tailored a program to challenge me, but also worked around my limitations without judgement. She gave me options within each stretch or exercise to allow me to slowly increase the difficulty. I saw results quickly and feel I have the tools I need to continue to progress in my recovery!

Ryan was very attentive to all my needs, especially my apprehension beginning therapy while my back was healing. His knowledge regarding back healing helped me immensely. Going slow and steady gave me the confidence to continue the stretches and exercises at home. He sent videos to help me remember the key points of our sessions which helped me at home. I am happy that my PMR doctor suggested I look at Healing Hands for my back therapy. I will stay “plugged in” knowing how to lift light objects and bend correctly without injuring my back.

Mine was a wonderful experience with Healing Hands. The front of office staff were very friendly and helpful. Healing Hands was very proactive about scheduling appointments to make sure I would have a spot, but they never felt pushy. I worked with Renee, who was an absolute delight and very helpful as a physical therapist. I could feel myself recovering rapidly after trying to manage it on my own. I highly recommend anyone pay a visit if you want to get in quickly with a wonderful program.
