Ted focused on myofascial release across my entire body. This was my first time having a treatment like this and I walked away understanding the value and importance of this type of massage technique. I will be seeing Ted again for a "tune up". Also, the massage space was beautiful with good yin-yang vibes. I highly recommend Ted!

Very informative and his technique truly helps the body as a whole. If you are looking for that relaxing spa massage this isn’t it but for me it’s exactly what I need to get my body back on track from the trauma it’s gone through over the years. After talking with me on the phone about what I needed, Ted took the time to think it through and came prepared for my appointment with a treatment plan tailored to my health conditions and it was exactly what I needed.
